If you get through our CV screening process, you will be invited to several interviews of 45-min with consultants and founders.

It is important for us to reach a mutual fit during our recruitment process, that is why your interviewers will get to know you and introduce you to our culture.

We are looking for smart people that are able to navigate in a complex and always changing environment, as a consequence, expect to be tested on consulting case studies and other “Heaviside specificities” such as the “anonymous chart” game. We will also look over your ability to play with complex tech topics that you’re not supposed to know. Your interviewers will guide you through these brain teasers and check your approach, structure, reasoning and agility with numbers.

In order to be prepared for our interview process, we strongly recommend practicing consulting case interviews and have a bit of culture about data and technology.
